submitting a request for a quote, you understand and agree that
The Legacy Group of America quote service (the "Quote Service") assumes the accuracy and completeness of the information you supply, that the Quote Service provides only an estimate of the premium you might pay for term life insurance and that the actual price of any policy you may be offered at the conclusion of your application and underwriting process may be higher or lower than the price quoted by the Quote Service. You understand that The Legacy Group of America does not guarantee that you will be offered a policy at the conclusion of your application process. - By submitting a request for a quote, you represent that you are not doing so, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of or in connection with any attempt to solicit, sell or obtain insurance to, for or on behalf of a third party (other than as a means of referring such third party to our services). You agree to promptly (within 15 days) pay The Legacy Group of America -$50 for each quote that you obtain from our Quote Service in violation of this representation. You also agree to indemnify The Legacy Group of America for any liability and/or damages that The Legacy Group of America suffers as a result of your unauthorized use of the Quote Service or our web site.
- The web site and content is protected by one or more copyrights, patents, database rights, trademarks, service marks and/or other intellectual property or proprietary rights that are owned by The Legacy Group of America and/or third parties. The Legacy Group of America and other names and indicia of The Legacy Group of America and its products and/or services are exclusive trademarks and service marks or registered trademarks of The Legacy Group of America. Other service, product and company names appearing on the site may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. You may not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice or legend contained on (or printed from) the web site. We may revise the web site at any time, without notice.

- You agree that any controversy or legal claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or our services, excluding action we may take to collect fees pursuant to Paragraph #2 and/or recover damages or obtain an injunction relating to our web site's operations, intellectual property and our services pursuant to Paragraphs #3 and #4, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party, unless we, in our sole discretion, consent thereto. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York City and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Should either you or The Legacy Group of America file an action contrary to this provision, the other party may recover attorney's fees and costs up to $10,000.
About Our Quotes
The Legacy Group of America operates a free term life Quote Service (the "Quote Service"). Using the information you provide, the Quote Service produces an individualized price report that summarizes: (1) the modal premium, (2) the length of any level premium rate guarantee
The actual price of any policy you may be offered at the conclusion of your application and underwriting process may be higher or lower than the price quoted by the Quote Service. This variance may be due to additional information that the insurer discovers in the course of underwriting your application, a change in your age, or a change in the insurer's rates. If you are offered a policy with a higher rate than you expected, we will "shop your coverage" to other life insurers (with your permission) to see if another carrier will provide a better offer. Finally, although we believe that the quotes provided by the Quote Service are accurate, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every quote due to the possibility of human or computer error.

of America does not guarantee that you will be offered a life insurance
policy at the conclusion of your application process.

of America is not an insurance company but rather acts as an agency for
several insurance companies. Samuel
M. Ziegel, is the agent for all applications submitted
through The Legacy Group of America service. The Legacy Group of
America does not endorse any specific insurer.
